Terms & Conditions
This policy is effective as of 24 September 2024.
By signing up for a membership with IK Aesthetics Clinic, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Membership Overview
● IK Aesthetics Clinic offers exclusive membership plans designed to provide ongoing
access to our aesthetic treatments and services at a reduced cost.
● Memberships are available in various categories.
● All memberships are subject to availability and approval by IK Aesthetics Clinic.
2. Membership Duration & Payments
● Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of sign-up.
● Payments are made monthly via direct debit or card payment.
● Membership pricing is fixed at the time of sign-up and is not subject to change during the term.
● Missed or failed payments may result in a temporary pause or cancellation of your
membership benefits.
3. Joining Fee
A one-time joining fee is required upon sign-up.
● This amount is not an additional charge – it is redeemed as part of your total
membership cost. For example, if your total membership cost is £1,200, and the joining
fee is £100, the remaining balance will be spread across your monthly payments.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
● Memberships are non-refundable.
● You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be given for payments already made.
● If you cancel before the end of the 12-month period, any services received at discounted
rates will be recalculated at full price and the difference may be charged.
5. Booking Policy
● Members are responsible for booking their treatments in advance.
● Appointments are subject to availability and must be used within the membership period.
● A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.
6. Service Inclusions & Restrictions
● Each membership includes specific treatments and benefits, as outlined in your chosen plan.
● Unused treatments do not roll over to the next month unless stated otherwise in your plan.
● Treatments are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the member.
● Memberships do not include top-ups for anti-wrinkle injections unless stated otherwise.
7. Medical Eligibility
● All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical suitability.
● IK Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
● If you are medically ineligible for a treatment included in your plan, an alternative of
equal value may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
● IK Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and/or displayed on our website.
9. Privacy Policy
● Your personal information will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of administering your membership and providing treatments. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
